- All new and fully remodeled in late 2017.
- Each apartment suite has two private bedrooms (one with balcony), fully equipped kitchen area, living area and bathroom with large shower. The layout is shown at left.
- Safety and Comfort
- Each bedroom and the main room have individual remote controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans.
- Smoke Detectors are located in each bedroom and the main room.
- All windows have mosquito screens.
- Television
- Each suite has a 40 inch high definition TV and an Amazon Fire TV device.
- Internet
- WiFi is included. Note that speeds in Huatulco are not very good (see "Pro Tips").
- Coded Locks
- Locks are four digit coded as to eliminate the hassle of carrying around keys/cards. We can program your desired code if you wish.
Embedded Files
Main Room
- The main room has a sectional couch with large central table. The central table has pull out cushioned stools as to provide additional seating for card games and such.
- Each unit has a 40" high definition television. We don't have cable (it's mostly local/Spanish channels) but instead provide Amazon Fire TV units in every room. You can log in with your Amazon Prime account and access their offerings, and from there also access your Netflix, Hulu and most any other subscriptions services you may have.
- Curtains on the main window provide privacy when you want it.
Kitchen
- The kitchen comes equipped with all the basics of plates, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, pans and the various cooking utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.
- Each unit has a stove/oven combination, full sized refrigerator and a microwave oven.
- All counter tops are granite and the large "L-shaped" counter serves as a dining area that has four adjustable stools.
- In the back of the kitchen area is a large clothes rack where you can lay out your wet beach wear to dry.
Bedrooms
- Each suite has two separate and private bedrooms with locking doors. Each has its own air conditioning unit and smoke detector.
- Beds are queen sized and have bedside tables and electrical outlets.
- Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and the main bedroom also has full length curtains on the balcony entrance.
- Each bedroom has a "closet unit" with shelves and bars for storing, hanging and organizing your clothes.
