Rates - Each suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults

• Monthly Rate  USD 1,900

• Two Week Rate USD 1,200

• Weekly Rate    USD 700

Notes:

• Monthly rate is for 30 consecutive nights.

• Two week rate is for 14 consecutive nights.

• Weekly rate is for 7 consecutive nights.

• Monthly, two week and weekly rates are pro-rated for the duration of the stay in those cases where the stay is longer than the days defined above.

• Monthly and two week rates include a weekly cleaning and change of all linens and towels. Additional cleaning available on requests (see "Services" tab). All above rates are all inclusive... no hidden fees or charges.

• Minimum stay is 7 days.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

• We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. Payment is via PayPal or bank transfer.

• Full payment required before or upon arrival. If upon arrival by cash only.

• Refunds for cancelled reservations are based on the amount of the deposit. Any actual bank/transfer fees that we might incur would be additional.

  • • Cancellations four weeks or more prior to arrival incur a fee of USD 30.

    • Cancellations two to four weeks prior to arrival are subject to a 10% penalty.

    • Cancellations one to two weeks prior to arrival are subject to a 30% penalty.

    • Cancellations with less than one week notice are subject to loss of deposit.
